What is the role?

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of our Survey Operations team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Zencity. You’ll work at the core of our survey products, mastering survey operations by setting up, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing customer surveys with precision and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and who can easily adapt to change while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, you’ll take initiative in identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancement, helping to streamline survey operations and ensure our clients receive maximum value from their data.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and maintain survey products within the Zencity platform to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and support new survey projects, identify needs, clarify requirements, and communicate between teams when needed.
• Track tasks through the task management system and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  
  

• Exceptional English - Must
• Bachelor's Degree - advantage
• Project Manager/Operations experience - advantage
• Exceptional attention to details
• Resourcefulness and out of the box thinking
• Aptitude for concentrating on a task until it is flawlessly executed
• Ability to understand complex technical processes and their effect on clients’ experience
• Experience in research-related work or data collection projects - BIG advantage
• An excellent collaborator and communicator who can effectively communicate in writing
