This position is a great entry point into Sales Operations and will provide exposure to business operations, finance, and commercial processes, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within CloudZone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Support: Assist various teams in the organization with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Proposal & Contract Processing: Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Data Entry & System Updates: Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems, and internal databases.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports, track business activity, and support sales operations with relevant data insights.
- Operational Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all business processes align with internal guidelines and commercial policies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations teams to facilitate smooth business execution.
- Process Improvement Support: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose solutions for increased efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or business support role (preferably in a B2B company).
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle large volumes of manual work accurately.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, or similar business tools (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently.
- Comfortable in a process-driven environment where structure and compliance are key.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues and work efficiently within existing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Team player: Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to overall team objectives.
