User Acquisition Manager – Google UAC

We’re looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead large-scale Google UAC campaigns for a global live-streaming platform with 450M+ registered users. This is a B2C product built on cutting-edge video technology, enabling creators worldwide to engage audiences and monetize their talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google UAC campaigns with a focus on CR, CPA, and ROI
• Develop and execute testing strategies and monthly media plans
• Identify growth opportunities across user acquisition channels
• Leverage analytics to drive performance and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with in-house creative teams to align assets with performance goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google UAC campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in English
