Are you a hands-on team player with strong people skills and a passion for helping customers succeed?

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support & Retention Manager to join our growing SaaS company and lead the day-to-day operations of our support and retention activities.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Manage and guide a small team of support and retention specialists
• Handle escalated cases and support inquiries with a customer-first mindset
• Implement retention strategies and objection-handling best practices
• Monitor KPIs and team performance, and optimize accordingly
• Build internal processes, scripts, and knowledge bases
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Development teams to improve the customer experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in support, service, or retention roles (team leadership – advantage)
• Proven experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in SaaS or tech
• Strong communication skills, both assertive and empathetic
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and KPIs
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English
