We are seeking a team Lead who feels it’s the right time for him to take his next managing challenge.

As Team Lead you will lead and build a software development team.

You should have a proven record of excellence, impressive leadership skills, diverse experience, and a very comfortable being hands-on in Coding and System Architecture.

You will be leading an internal and outsourced R&D Team, in a fast-moving & innovative development environment and platforms.

You will be a mentor, leading the teams in day-to-day activities, managing the team’s workload, as well as developing and empowering the team's skillset.

Requirements

• A proven track record as Team Lead
• 2 years of team leadership (managing a team of over 4 people)
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven architecture/design skills and familiarity with a wide range of technologies and coding standards.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• Experience in working in a high-paced environment.
• Experience in developing web & mobile applications.
• A proven track record of defining, designing, specifying, and managing technological projects.
• Experience in migrating legacy platforms into updated architectures and technologies – an advantage.
• Exceptional team management skills with a can-do approach

Tech Skills

• Highly technical and a quick learner
• Experience delivering complex features from design to production
• Must have 7+ years of proven experience as a Full- Stack developer, working with ReactJS, NodeJS, Java
• Experience in working with SQL / NoSQL
• Experience with API’s and building platforms
• Developed large systems in a complex environment
• Positive attitude & experience with AI implementation
• Experience with Vb script, Vue.js, asp Classic (an advantage)
