We're hiring: Experienced Systems Analyst – Long-Term Savings Domain

Join a strong, professional team of 7 systems analysts working on complex, high-impact projects in the long-term savings field. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Systems Analyst to take part in leading business and technological processes in a large-scale organizational environment.

Job Description:

Analyze complex Client-Server and Web-based systems

Write detailed specifications for complex business processes involving multiple stakeholders

Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, analysts, and business stakeholders

Manage tasks throughout their lifecycle – from initiation to production deployment

Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience in systems analysis for complex business processes in a corporate Web environment (Client-Server architecture)

Experience writing detailed, structured Use Cases

Experience designing user interfaces (UI), including screen mockups and specifications

Working knowledge of Object-Oriented methodologies, UML, and the Israeli "Maftech" standard

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Hands-on experience defining and consuming Web Services

Familiarity with JSON structures

Background in insurance system analysis

Prior experience as a developer in cross-domain systems

Ability to read and understand Java code

Experience working with NoSQL databases

Familiarity with decision tree logic systems (e.g., Logist or similar platforms)

Knowledge of the GENESYS system
