Senior Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist – Order Management & Oracle Fusion Cloud

About the Role:

Join our IT Applications – Order Management team and take a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing sales and order management processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud, while driving projects, automation, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Order Management, Pricing, and Approvals.
• Analyze and design complex order processes, including Subscriptions and Recurring Orders.
• Gather requirements, write functional specifications, lead UAT, and support go-live.
• Analyze integrations between Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems.
• Lead projects and collaborate with business, IT, development, and implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Implementation Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud – Order Management.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
• Understanding of integrations and multi-system processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English.

Advantage: Experience with Subscriptions, APIs, integration tools, digital transformation, Generative AI, or AI Agents.
