Overview

Quality Engineer with responsibility for various areas within the QA department.

Responsibilities

Working with customers and suppliers, including: Documenting and handling customer complaints. Internal and supplier-related non-conformances (NCMR). CAPA – Managing in-depth investigations using standard tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Process Flow Mapping.
Preparing and managing Change Orders across various departments until release.
Use of statistical tools – an advantage.
Responsibility for overseeing the annual audit plan and conducting audits in practice.

Required Qualifications

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) / Industrial Engineering / Chemistry / Life Sciences – preferred.
At least five years of experience in the field of quality.
