A global leader in electric vehicles and smart technology is looking for highly motivated and personable Tech Recruiter to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our continued expansion.
You will work closely with hiring managers and contribute to building a team that aligns with our company's high standards and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, from sourcing to offer extension.
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and our internal database.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager and interview teams.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for the role and our company culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate effectively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Work closely with international teams and candidates as required.
- Identify and attract candidates who align with our company's positive and collaborative culture.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in recruiting, specifically within the electric cars industry (similar companies or startups).
- Fluency in English at a high level (both written and spoken) - Mandatory.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
- Strong skills in identifying and sourcing candidates who are not only technically proficient but also a good cultural fit.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working in a global environment is a plus.
