Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles

Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in recruiting, specifically within the electric cars industry (similar companies or startups).
Fluency in English at a high level (both written and spoken) - Mandatory.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Proven ability to conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
Strong skills in identifying and sourcing candidates who are not only technically proficient but also a good cultural fit.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience working in a global environment is a plus.
