Facilities Operations Coordinator / Manager

we are looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator / Manager to join the Procurement Department of an Innovative Global Cybersecurity Company in Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, service providers, and contracts in areas such as infrastructure, maintenance, and office services
• Lead commercial projects and negotiations with internal stakeholders and suppliers, both local and international
• Build and maintain operational workflows and service processes
• Collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Finance, and IT departments
• Manage budgets and drive operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
• Provide ongoing operational support for office locations, both domestic and global

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, vendor management, or office services – required
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations and contract management – strong advantage
• Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail, organization, and responsibility
• High proficiency in Excel and information systems (ERP – SAP is a plus)
• Academic degree – preferably in Business Administration, Law, Logistics, or related fields
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team
