Technical Facilities Manager

A large and highly successful global High-Tech company in Tel Aviv is expanding and looking for a talented, experienced Technical Facilities Manager to lead the operations, maintenance, and technical projects of our site.

This role involves direct reporting to management abroad and working within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Direct management, guidance, and mentoring of the on-site maintenance and operations team.
• Facilities Maintenance Management: End-to-end responsibility for preventive and corrective (breakdown) maintenance of all critical site systems (electro-mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities).
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Sourcing, managing, and supervising external contractors and service providers. Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and conducting commercial negotiations.
• Safety Compliance: Implementing, monitoring, and ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols and procedures.
• Project & Budget Management: Leading technical projects from planning to execution. Constructing the annual budget and managing ongoing expenses against targets.

Job Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Chief Electrician License (חשמלאי ראשי) – Absolute Must.
• Fluent / High-level English (written and verbal) – Must. (The role involves extensive, ongoing communication and direct reporting to global management).
• 24/7 Availability for emergency calls and urgent on-site escalations as needed.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management within medium to large-sized facilities (experience in high-tech corporate offices or commercial high-rises is a major advantage).
• Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Deep understanding of critical infrastructure maintenance: electrical switchboards, UPS/battery systems, generators, fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, etc.
• High proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CAFM/ticketing systems, BMS).
• Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, stress tolerance, and a service-oriented mindset.

Location: Tel Aviv (Excellent accessibility via public transit / on-site parking).
