HRBP

A leading and well-established financial organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR function for a large and strategic business unit.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that includes working closely with senior management, owning all HR aspects of the unit, and managing a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the HR function for a large business unit: recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee development, compensation discussions, offboarding, and more
• Day-to-day support and close partnership with senior leadership
• Leading organizational processes in collaboration with other HR teams (L&D, compensation, operations, internal comms)
• Managing a small team of HR professionals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HRBP in a large organization – mandatory
• Experience in managing HR teams – an advantage
• Strong business orientation, high level of independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, practical, and collaborative approach
