About the Position

We’re seeking a visionary Product Design Lead to drive the UI/UX strategy for Alison.ai, our AI-powered creative analysis platform. In this role, you will take full ownership of the E2E product design process, ensuring a seamless and data-driven user experience that empowers marketing and creative teams. Your decisions will directly shape how users interact with our platform, making a measurable impact on product adoption and business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the product design process, from concept through execution.
• Shape and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a top-tier user experience across the platform.
• Leverage prototyping and UX research to translate complex AI-powered data into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for enhancing engagement and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align design decisions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize the design process.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy or SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into intuitive user experiences—bonus if you’ve worked with AI-driven insights.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Deep Knowledge in the MarTech / AdTech field - a plus
• Background in Video Editing - a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate design rationales clearly across teams.
