Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

A leading company in the medical sector is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Manager to lead and manage our technology infrastructure and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the internal IT team (System Administrators & Information Security Implementers).
• Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure and network maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems across the organization.
• Define IT policies and manage IT budgets.
• Maintain computer networks, servers, and remote branch connectivity.
• Full-time, senior-level position with high availability (24/7), requiring a high level of trust and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing IT environments with 500+ workstations and remote branches – must.
• 5+ years of team management experience – must.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge – must.
• Expertise in:
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• Microsoft Office installation and support
• Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory
• Operating systems: Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11
• UNIX, Oracle Database
• Microsoft Exchange
• NETAPP systems
• VMware & VMware VDI
• Familiarity with ARUBA networks – advantage.
• Certifications in Linux/UNIX systems (RHCE, LPIC) – advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems – advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – must.
• Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, accuracy, and leadership abilities.
