Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled (with a Data background) FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the completion of pending projects, enhancing reporting capabilities through technology, and preparing the team for future FinTech initiatives.

This role requires a balance of financial acumen, technical expertise, and project management skills to streamline operations and provide actionable insights.

What Will You Do:

• Collaborate with the finance and tech teams to close all pending projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Track progress and resolve bottlenecks in ongoing finance-tech initiatives.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards for real time financial reporting and analysis.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Organise, consolidate, and refine all financial forecasting and business planning sheets.
• Develop automated tools to streamline forecast updates and analysis.
• Partner with the tech team to ensure seamless integration of financial data systems.
• Maintain data governance standards to enhance accuracy and consistency.
• Support the implementation of fintech solutions to modernise financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation in financial operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications is a plus.
• 3+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with financial modeling and business planning tools.
• Strong background in using data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• DBs and Business intelligence tool(s) (SQL,BigQuery, MongoDB, Qlik Power BI, Tableau.).
• Accounting/ERPs (Priority,SAP,NetSuite).
• Google Sheets/Excel: Advanced use of functions, PowerPivot.
• Power-query, VBA, What-if analysis and sensitivity analysis.
• PYTHON (including: Pandas) & R with (RStudio).
• Strong statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, regressions. Simulation software: AnyLogic.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
