Head of HRBP – Strategic HR & Site Leadership

A leading global tech company undergoing significant growth and transformation is seeking a Head of HRBP to join its leadership team.

This is a strategic and hands-on role with dual responsibility:

1. Global Product Organization HR Partnership – Partnering with senior R&D and Product leaders to support org design, leadership development, talent acquisition, and overall employee experience across a global product house (primarily based in Israel).
2. Israel Site Leadership – Overseeing all HR aspects of the Israel site, including culture, engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operations (via local admin).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to global Product & R&D leaders
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning for the Product House
• Coach senior leaders and support organizational growth
• Drive engagement, wellbeing, and people development initiatives
• Oversee HR operations and compliance in Israel
• Lead site culture and office experience through the local admin
• Collaborate with global HR and business teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HRBP or equivalent roles within tech companies
• Experience supporting R&D/Product teams
• Strong coaching, recruitment, and organizational design skills
• Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution
• Fluency in English
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
