We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Director of Strategy to join a global executive team. This is a pivotal role for a hands-on strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to translate vision into actionable, high-impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in driving strategic planning and execution in a public, global company. You will be expected to think analytically and creatively, work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, and play a direct role in shaping the company’s growth, revenue strategy, and investor-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own corporate strategy planning, execution, and tracking across the organization
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives that directly impact revenue, market positioning, and growth
• Build compelling investor presentations, collaborating closely with design and content teams
• Develop deep market, competitive, and internal analyses to inform key business decisions
• Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing to align strategy with operational and financial goals
• Support executive leadership in preparing board materials and strategic narratives for stakeholders Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic risks
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of industry trends and evolving customer needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar strategic leadership role in a public, global company
• Demonstrated impact on revenue strategy, market analysis, and executive-level planning
• Hands-on experience with investor presentations, working closely with design and content experts
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative, outside-the-box thinking
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and storytelling abilities Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading through influence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred

Full-time hybrid position based in central Israel
