For a big Israeli fintech company located in Holon (Hybrid work model 2 days from home).

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team.

You will join a team with one more technician, together with a total of 10 IT professionals.

The ideal candidate should have some experience (1-2 years in technical support, installation, and maintenance of the following systems:

Microsoft operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 10
Microsoft Office applications: Office 2013, 2016, 2019
Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
Terminal Server environments
Remote access and monitoring tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer
Backup systems – Veeam
Experience with VMware and virtual environments – an advantage

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

No on-calls, no holidays, working only Sunday-Thursday.
