• Provide professional and timely support to internal clients via chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.
• Develop deep product knowledge to assist with a wide range of inquiries.
• Create and maintain clear and helpful documentation (guides, FAQs, etc.).
• Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve the product experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Job requirements
**Qualifications: **
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.
• Solid technical aptitude – you enjoy learning how things work, both in software and technologies.
• Previous experience in technical support/helpdesk – an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Fluency in English and Russian - A MUST!
• Degree or certifications – a bonus, but not required.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays - A MUST!
