Development Engineer

Job Description:

• Leading development projects from concept through implementation in the market – including scope, budget, and timeline management.
• Collaboration with all organizational departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Applications, etc.).
• Conducting experiments as part of the development process and providing technical support to other departments.
• Supporting existing product lines – handling customer complaints, implementing improvements, and executing necessary changes.
• Updating and maintaining engineering documentation, bill of materials (BOM), and drawings within the engineering information management system.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in product development – Mandatory
• Full proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software – Mandatory
• Background in manufacturing processes – Advantage
• Knowledge of polymers – Advantage
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English – Mandatory
