About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Technologist to serve as the technological focal point for PDC's material metrology platforms. In this role, you will define the technology roadmap and product requirements for a best-in-class tool, grounded in a deep understanding of customer processes and high-value problems (HVPs). You'll drive hands-on experiments and analysis - both in-house and at customer sites - and partner closely with Physics, Systems, Algorithms, and Software teams to deliver metrology-grade performance and accelerate customer adoption.

Must-Haves

• MSc or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of R&D experience on a multidisciplinary product, with a proven hands-on experimental record
• Semiconductor industry experience (Outstanding candidates who do not meet all requirements are encouraged to apply)
  
  

• Background in X-ray techniques / microscopy / spectroscopy / optical design
• Customer facing experience
