As we expand our offerings, we’re developing a new mobile product to elevate our platform, and we’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead this exciting initiative.
Role OverviewAs the Product Manager for our Desktop gaming loyalty product, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and delivery of a best-in-class gaming experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to build a product that delights our users and drives measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities● Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
● Define and prioritize product features through continuous user research and data-driven insights
● Deeply understand our users' needs through research, analytics, and feedback, translating insights into actionable product features.
● Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents (PRDs)
● Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to define detailed requirements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
● Communicate product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
● Build and manage the product backlog, conduct sprint planning, and facilitate agile development processes
● Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in gaming and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications● 5-7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2C app development, preferably in gaming or loyalty products - must.
● Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
● Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles - must.
● Proficiency in data analysis, metrics-driven decision making and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and optimize features - must.
● Experience with agile development methodologies
● Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
● Excellent communication and storytelling skills
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
