About The Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our product development team.

In this role, you will lead the strategic vision of the product, oversee the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value.

Your expertise will ensure alignment between business objectives and product development while creating and executing a clear roadmap to achieve key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own and design product features from start to finish, including feature specification, functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, quality control checks, and UAT
• Work closely with engineering managers and UX designers to deliver seamless product experiences
• Define, prioritize, and deliver a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and user feedback, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
• Define and analyze KPIs, set achievable goals, and use data to prioritize and optimize product development
• Facilitate and apply the Scrum framework to track progress and manage product delivery to achieve product goals
• Proactively address challenges and production issues with effective, timely solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience
• Proven experience in driving execution and focus on the delivery of product solutions
• Understand complex backend solutions
• Proficiency in building ROI analyses, prioritizing epics based on value, and defining MVPs
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Industrial & Management Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity and experience with the Casino games industry
• Good knowledge of JIRA
