We are looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in API testing and data validation for an exciting and challenging position! This is a hybrid position located in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans
- Test and validate RESTful APIs using tools such as ReadyAPI and RestAssured
- Perform data validation across various domains using SQL, Python, or Java
- Identify, log, and manage defects using a bug-tracking system
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and ensure issue resolution
- Make minor code adjustments to support test execution when needed
- Use SQL queries daily to ensure data accuracy and consistency in complex systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing - must
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in writing SQL queries - must
- Proven experience testing REST APIs with tools such as ReadyAPI and RestAssured - must
- Proficiency in Python or Java, particularly for working with JSON and database validations - an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
