About The Role
IAMOPS is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–3 years of experience in tech sales — preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about technology, skilled at identifying high-potential leads, and thrives on building genuine connections.
As an SDR at IAMOPS, you’ll not only engage in targeted outbound efforts but also represent the company at industry events and conferences — networking with professionals, generating qualified leads, and staying on top of market trends. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.) and at in-person industry events and conferences.
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their fit and interest, qualifying them for the next stage in the sales process.
Networking: Actively attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships, promote IAMOPS solutions, and uncover new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead activity using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Campaign Support: Assist in crafting and executing personalized outreach strategies.
Product Understanding: Build a strong knowledge base of our products and communicate their value effectively to prospects.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or related tech sales role.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
Comfortable attending events and engaging with new people to generate leads.
Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
A strong interest in technology and continuous learning.
Nice To Have
Experience with SaaS or B2B software solutions.
Familiarity with outbound sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.).
Exposure to lead scoring, segmentation, and inbound/outbound funnel strategies.
