How will your day-to-day look?

• Own end-to-end design of key product initiatives — from high-level concept through to polished UI and developer handoff
• Lead discovery efforts, including research, workshops, and competitive analysis to shape product direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure designs solve real problems with measurable impact
• Define UX patterns and scale our design system with smart, reusable components, variants, and tokens
• Elevate design quality through feedback, design critiques, and mentoring less experienced designers
• Champion user-centered design principles and help build a strong, consistent product experience
  
  

What You'll Need to Thrive in?

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in PLG (product-led growth) or SaaS companies
• Demonstrating complex UX challenges, strategic thinking, and business outcomes in your portfolio
• Deep experience in Figma and fluency with design system architecture, including documentation and governance
• Strong storytelling and communication skills — comfortable leading design conversations with stakeholders at all levels
• A sharp eye for detail combined with a high bar for usability and polish
• Experience mentoring other designers or shaping team processes is a big plus
