An innovative and fast-growing startup based in Tel Aviv is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join its core team. As part of a small, high-caliber engineering team, you’ll work on complex backend systems at scale, with a strong emphasis on clean architecture and real-time data processing. If you're passionate about Go, distributed systems, and building products that empower other developers, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend systems in Go
• Build real-time data pipelines and scalable telemetry infrastructure
• Solve challenging problems in distributed systems, performance, and data flow
• Collaborate closely with frontend, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, including significant work with Go
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Solid understanding of cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, containers, etc.)
• Strong focus on clean, maintainable, and well-architected code
• Passion for developer-focused products and building tools that make a real impact
