STB Union is a fintech company with over 15 years of experience in the international money transfer market. We provide financial and payment solutions to individuals and businesses, including currency exchange, international transfers, digital wallets, and payment tools.

Since 2023, STB Union has been an official issuer of Visa cards in Israel, expanding our range of services and strengthening our market position.

Our mission is to make financial services more accessible, transparent, and efficient — both in Israel and beyond.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our friendly team in Rishon LeZion.

📍 Full-time, on-site position

🕐 5 or 6 working days per week — flexible schedule can be discussed

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers and partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support smooth workflows
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks when necessary
• Process applications for issuing and servicing Visa payment cards

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in Hebrew and English, Russian language being a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex workflows
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
• Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
