Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Web3

We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary, and technically inclined CEO to take the lead in our Web3 venture.

This role is ideal for a founder-type personality with a deep grasp of decentralized technologies and a proven track record in the tech startup world — regardless of whether their previous ventures exited or not.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute the strategic direction and long-term vision of the company
• Spearhead fundraising initiatives and cultivate relationships with investors and strategic allies
• Build and oversee a cross-functional team spanning engineering, product, community, and business development
• Form strategic collaborations across the Web3 space, including developers, protocols, DAOs, and ecosystems
• Drive product-market fit and grow user traction in international markets
• Serve as the external face of the company — to stakeholders, partners, and the broader blockchain ecosystem

Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise in Web3, crypto, or blockchain — either in product development, technical architecture, or infrastructure
• Prior experience founding and scaling a startup (exit not required)
• Graduate of a military technology unit - A strong advantage for the position
• Proven fundraising capability and investor engagement
• Strong command of blockchain fundamentals — smart contracts, tokenomics, compliance, and regulation
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities; fluency in English required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active contributor or participant in the global Web3 or DeFi community
• Familiarity with DAOs, NFTs, or decentralized protocol infrastructure
• Experience in global go-to-market execution or international business development within tech startups
