One of our Clients is a Medical Company
On behalf of our client, a leading company in the pharma sector, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of strategic, commercial, and operational activities for consumer health products.
This is a key individual contributor role reporting directly to divisional leadership, offering significant scope and visibility within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead product strategy based on market analysis, opportunity identification, value proposition development, and lifecycle-driven planning.
- Go-to-Market & Execution: Translate strategy into marketing and commercial plans, including pricing strategy, promotional initiatives, and performance tracking.
- Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Oversee product forecasts, analyze sales trends and sell-out data, and optimize performance based on business targets.
- Inventory & Supply Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.
- Marketing Management: Plan and execute marketing initiatives across channels – including digital campaigns, events, printed collateral, and professional outreach.
- P&L Ownership: Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and generate performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Logistics) as well as suppliers and partners (local and international).
- Regulatory Alignment: Manage product updates in accordance with regulatory changes, packaging, and compliance requirements.
- Safety & Quality Reporting: Ensure appropriate reporting of product complaints and safety issues per PV and QA protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – required; MBA - advantage
- At least 4 years of experience managing consumer products - preferably in health/pharma
- Experience working with Israeli pharma channels - pharmacy chains, HMOs, drugstores
- Strong business orientation, analytical skills, and sales mindset
- High-level interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent English - written and verbal
