Software Engineer

AI Startup developing a platform that analyzes human-computer interaction to automate repetitive workflows. The product identifies behavioral patterns (e.g., in CS/Finance/Support roles) and suggests automation such as streamlining month-end closing processes in Excel.

Founded recently by Talpiot alumni, already raised $7M Seed from top-tier VCs and has paying SMB customers in the US market.

Based in Tel Aviv (near a train line), hybrid model, 4 employees total (2 founders + 2 developers).

The role:

• Join the core team (3rd developer)
• Full-Stack with a Backend focus (NodeJS, JS), AWS environment
• Can be Backend-only
• End-to-end ownership, architecture, high independence
• Open to backgrounds in Java/Scala/Kotlin/Clojure

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Developer – must
• Strong indicator of excellence – e.g. Team Lead / Tech Lead / Principal / Architect / Senior in Algo Trading / Unit 8200
• BSc from a top university with honors or elite tech unit graduate – must
• Experience with NodeJS / Python / Go / Java / Scala – flexible on language
• Client-side experience – advantage
