A startup company in the field of Digital Accessibility is developing groundbreaking AI & ML-based technology that enables development teams to embed accessibility into websites and mobile apps from the earliest development stages.

The goal is to ensure accessible code and provide real solutions for end-users who rely on it. As leaders in the Accessibility space, they are actively shaping and advancing this domain and are considered one of the most technologically advanced companies in the field.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance from a train station, and offers a hybrid work model with two days from home. They have around 100 employees.

They are financially stable and unaffected by market fluctuations, with consistent sales growth and large paying customers. Currently preparing for their Series C round.

Responsibilities-

• Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance the product architecture.
• Plan and execute complex, distributed, large-scale software delivery systems.
• Monitor and optimize all aspects of product performance.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge technologies into the technology stack.
• Troubleshoot issues across various services and functional areas.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience with modern web-scale runtimes/languages
• Proven experience as a tech lead or hands-on architect for complex SaaS architectures.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider including serverless and container-based deployments.
• Expertise in modern software design practices.
• Experience with multiple data stores/services
• Knowledge of high-scale stream/batch processing systems
• Extensive experience in managing and maintaining production systems.
