A leading high-tech company is seeking a UX Content Writer to play a crucial role in enhancing our products. Your expertise will shape the user experience through clear and engaging copy, guiding users at every interaction. You will also contribute to the growth of the UX writing profession, create and update guidebooks, and conduct A/B tests for conversion optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage UX content writing projects from multiple product groups, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with product teams to write creative UX content in alignment with our brand voice.
- Oversee the entire content cycle, from initial brainstorming to final delivery.
- Develop and implement user research programs to gain insights into customer needs and behaviors.
- Provide feedback on UX/UI content to enhance user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Collaborate with various teams, including compliance, BI, product design, product marketing, and operations.
- Ensure a consistent user experience by working with marketing writers.
- Coordinate localization efforts to cater to our global audience.
- Manage and maintain our internal GPT-powered content tool
Requirements:
- Native-level English UX writing professional.
- 3+ years experience in UX writing for B2C or B2B tech companies.
- Passionate about user success, writing, and UX.
- Lifelong learner excited by new trends.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative user research skills.
- Proven ability to translate research into actionable insights and successful product initiatives.
- Effective leader and collaborator.
- Friendly, empathetic, and motivational.
- Knowledgeable in capital markets, investing, and trading.
- Skilled in maintaining glossaries and style guides.
- Detail-oriented critical thinker.
- Able to create simple, effective copy in high volumes.
