Marketing Director

We’re hiring a Director of Marketing at Ephoca!

Location: Har Tuv B, Beit Shemesh, Israel (in-office only, afternoon hours)

Ephoca is a company specializing in cutting-edge HVAC solutions. We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own our brand, campaigns, events, and creative while driving strategic growth.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-funnel marketing strategy across inbound, outbound, digital, & events
• Email & LinkedIn campaigns (including reactivation, lead nurturing & paid media)
• Event-centered marketing around tradeshows & conferences
• Sales enablement tools & lead conversion materials
• Creative & brand management across all assets and teams
• Market intel & performance-driven decision making

You Bring:

• 7+ years in marketing, 3+ in leadership
• Experience with physical, high-touch B2B products
• Strong command of content, email, design, SEO & LinkedIn marketing
• Fluent English + a high standard for creative execution
