We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team for a temporary 9-month maternity leave replacement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and recording supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Performing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Managing communication and coordination with suppliers regarding payments and inquiries.
- Handling MASAV payments and additional payment processes.
- Processing employee expense reimbursements.
- Preparing and submitting VAT reports.
- Assisting in month-end closing processes.
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeping Levels 1+2.
- Previous experience in accounts payable (at least 2 years).
- Fluent English – a must.
- Experience with NetSuite and PayEm – an advantage.
***This is a temporary full-time position with an expected duration of 9 months***
