Accounting Manager

Union Investments and Development, part of the prestigious Union Group, is a dynamic and growing company. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our finance department.

This position reports directly to the VP of Finance.

Job Description:

Financial Oversight: Taking full responsibility for the accounting functions of the company and its 

subsidiaries.

Team Leadership: Supervising and managing the accounting and bookkeeping team, fostering a 

collaborative and high-performing environment.

Process Optimization: Implementing and continuously improving internal accounting processes and 

controls.

Reporting: Preparing comprehensive quarterly and annual financial statements.

Audit Management: Preparing materials and providing support for tax authority and VAT audits.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with various regulatory obligations and 

reporting requirements, including international taxation and VAT.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from a Big 4 firm – Required.

6+ years of experience in the field – either from a Big 4 firm or a large organization.

Proven experience in team management, with a strong ability to motivate employees and work 

collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of international taxation – A significant advantage.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping principles.

High proficiency in Excel.
