We're looking for a creative, data-driven Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our HR team!

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies across social media, career sites, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to build compelling candidate journeys.
- Create engaging content (videos, posts, blogs) that reflects our values and culture.
- Optimize job postings and employer profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data and market trends.
- Own recruitment events and partnerships with universities and tech communities.
What You need:
- 2+ years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills - both visual and written.
- Experience with social media, paid campaigns, and recruitment tools.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in tech/startup environments.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, Cap Cut).
