Financial Controller – Tel Aviv

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Salary: €65,000–€70,000 + bonus

Type: Full-Time

I’m looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of all financial operations for a hospitality site in Tel Aviv. The role requires strong leadership, financial insight, and the ability to support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Monitor costs and ensure alignment with financial targets
• Ensure compliance with Israeli accounting standards and tax regulations
• Oversee payroll coordination and work with external accountants and auditors
• Lead a small local finance team
• Support the General Manager and provide financial analysis for business planning

What I’m Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in hospitality or a related sector
• Full fluency in Hebrew and English
• Strong knowledge of local financial laws and systems
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams
• Must be eligible to work in Israel
