Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) is hiring a Mission and Visits Experience Manager to join its Delegations and Visits Department in Israel.

This is a full-time position with direct employment by FIDF, focused on designing and delivering high-impact visit experiences for international delegations and high-level guests – including potential donors and strategic partners.

Reporting to the department director, you will lead the planning and execution of meaningful, value-based field visits throughout Israel, with an emphasis on connecting visitors to IDF personnel and the Israeli story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage tailored visit itineraries for individuals and groups, in collaboration with FIDF’s U.S. headquarters.
• Coordinate closely with IDF representatives, incoming tourism agencies, and internal teams.
• Build immersive experiences with authentic encounters – especially with IDF soldiers.
• Represent FIDF during visits and ensure smooth, professional on-ground execution.
• Coordinated with IDF and AFIS representatives.

Requirements:

• Native-level English – required.
• Full IDF military service – strong advantage for field-experienced roles.
• Prior experience with international delegations, missions, or educational travel.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; high-level service orientation.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and in the field.
• Driver’s license – required.
• Preferred: Academic degree, certified tour guide, or relevant background in tourism or informal education.
