Sales Manager

A leading power supply company based in Netanya is looking for an Sales Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives.

As a sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.

Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

responsibilities include:

· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

· Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

· Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

· Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

· Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

· BA degree in Business Administration, or relevant field - MUST

· 4-5 Years of proven experience as a national sales manager -MUST

· Knowledge of Salesforce software, PPT and Microsoft Office

· Experience in selling to the Israeli market, mainly to security industries -MUST

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

· Experience in customer relationship management.

· An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

· Excellent negotiation skills.

· Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

· Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written).

· Availability to travel as needed.
