Campaign Manager

Now, we’re looking for an experienced, organized, and passionate Campaign Manager to join our Digital Growth team and drive growth from paid online channels.

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating campaigns and driving revenue using various ad platforms and analytics tools. This role involves becoming proficient in monitoring campaign performance, developing conversions, utilizing creative ad types, and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital strategies and campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
• Manage media budgets and define target audiences.
• Generate and present performance reports.
• Apply a 'test and learn' approach to campaigns.
• Work directly with clients on creatives and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience running performance-driven campaigns on Google and Meta
• Must have managed $100K+ monthly budgets
• Deep understanding of e-commerce performance in paid social and how to test hooks, lengths, and structures
• Strong grasp of funnel dynamics, ROI optimization, and creative strategy
• Curious, proactive, and hungry to grow in a high-speed environment
• Bonus: Experience in an e-commerce company
