Sales Development Representative

Tymely, one of the most promising early-stage Israeli startups, is transforming customer service centers from cost centers into profit centers. With 20 employees and a recent $11M seed round, the company leverages large language models (LLMs) alongside proprietary technology that learns and optimizes internal business processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and profitability of customer service operations.

We are looking for an internal SDR to join our team and help us grow and make a significant impact.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, making a high volume of calls, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Requirements:

• 1+ year of successful sales experience in Sales or as Business Development Representative (SDR) in a software or SaaS company.
• Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work US hours (Sun-Thursday 14:00-23:00), mostly from the office.
• You're passionate about growing into a career in sales and focused on self-development and excellence.
• A true hunter mentality – You thrive on outbound prospecting and love closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment.
• Dynamic, high energy, and very strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Make a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Continuously learn about our AI solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
