Technical Product & Project Manager

Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. . The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development. 

We’re hiring an experienced Technical Product & Project Manager to lead the definition and delivery of our AI-powered web platform for plant breeders. You will take ownership of both product strategy and execution, translating vision into clear, actionable specs and ensuring timely delivery through agile project management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving teams and can bridge the gap between domain experts, designers, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end definition of a feature-rich web platform tailored for plant breeders

• Translate product vision into detailed product specifications, wireframes, and user stories

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, designers, and developers to scope and prioritize features

• Manage project execution: timelines, resources, deliverables, and cross-team communication

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives

• Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog and track progress using tools like Jira or Notion

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders through effective documentation and regular updates

• • Identify and mitigate risks early; adjust plans proactively to keep development on track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager role

• Proven ability to lead product development from concept to launch, with hands-on experience writing specs and managing agile teams

• Strong understanding of software development workflows, especially in:

   o AI/ML model integration and data workflows

   o Modern web development (frontend/backend architecture)

   o Scalable cloud platforms and database systems

• Experience managing cross-functional teams: AI/ML, frontend/backend, DevOps, UX/UI

• Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and Slack

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear plans

Nice to Have

• Background in agriculture, bioinformatics, plant sciences, or scientific software

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams

• Exposure to tools and workflows for AI/ML (e.g., ML Ops, model versioning, labeling tools)

• Familiarity with scientific data requirements in ag-tech or research platforms
