We’re looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented student to join the local IT support team at our office in Tel Hai

Work Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 5–8 hours per day

Employment Type: Temporary (3 months), with a high chance of extension

Responsibilities:

Reimage laptops using a documented process.
Track all IT asset movements in the office: returns and distributions of laptops and mobile devices.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for software and hardware issues.
Assist users with daily IT problems, such as WiFi issues, certificate installations, Windows Hello setup, and more.
Communicate with Dell regarding hardware issues and perform the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Act as on-site support for physical tasks, as directed by the remote IT team.
