Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Moonsite in Rehovot. This is a diverse and engaging role that covers the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and targeting top technical talent, identifying and approaching new clients and candidates, conducting phone and in-person interviews, managing referral calls, and negotiating contracts through to closure.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and varied, offering opportunities to work with a range of technical profiles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 1 year in technical recruiting/sourcing.
• Proven experience in targeted search for technical profiles (developers, system analysts, system engineers, QA, DevOps, project managers, etc.).
• Strong outbound communication skills for client and candidate outreach.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a competitive environment.
• Hands-on experience with social media and digital sourcing tools.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and assertiveness are a must.
