Director of HR & Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of HR & Talent Acquisition to lead SRIL’s people strategy. This is a leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for HR and recruitment functions. You will work closely with site leadership and global stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure SRIL attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Partner with department leaders to align people strategy with business needs and growth plans
• Develop and implement scalable HR processes, frameworks, policies, and performance metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters for employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Samsung policies, managing employee relations and performance issues as needed
• Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the tech industry
• Proven success in building and executing talent acquisition strategies in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to execution
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
