• act:Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing MLOps engineering team focused on innovation and collaborat
• ion.Architect and implement a scalable enterprise MLOps infrastructure to support complex ML proje
• cts.Build and maintain ML infrastructure and frameworks supporting agile ML lifecycle management using CI/CD methodolog
• ies.Design and optimize high-availability, scalable model-serving architectures for production environme
• nts.Work closely with algorithm engineers to translate cutting-edge research into deployable ML soluti
• ons.Partner with product teams to ensure alignment of ML initiatives with strategic business objecti
• ves.Present and communicate technical plans, progress, and challenges to diverse organizational stakehold
• ers.Define, implement, and enforce robust MLOps policies, standards, and best practi

ces.

Require

• ments:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry exper
• ience.At least 6 years of experience as a backend eng
• ineer.Strong proficiency in Python and popular machine learning frame
