eToro is seeking account managers with former experience in the financial industry to join our dynamic Arabic team.

As an account manager (AM) in the customer-facing department, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the company's most valuable customers. Manage the growth of the portfolio of our client base, including upselling and cross-selling eToro products.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver extraordinary service in alignment with the company's culture and values.
• Proactively engage with clients via phone and email to significantly boost regional client deposits.
• Ensure seamless collection of all necessary verification documents.
• Document all client communications in the CRM system.
• Act as an ambassador, embodying the company's vision and promoting our innovative products.
  
  

• native Arabic and professional fluency in English - a must!
• Have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Have a strong sales orientation
• Have a service orientation
  
  

• Have former experience/knowledge in the Financial industry
• Have sales background
• Have a BA in Finance from a well-known establishment
• Have knowledge in Social Networking Platforms
• Have customer Service/Relationship Management and CRM experience
• This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri In Israel (Hybrid)
