Marketing Account Manager – Social Media Focus

We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager with a passion for social media, storytelling, and building strong client relationships. As part of our dynamic and creative marketing team, you’ll be responsible for leading the social presence of multiple clients, from strategy to execution.

Success in this role means managing client accounts with confidence, delivering high-performing content on social platforms, and becoming a trusted partner to both clients and teammates. This position is central to our agency’s daily operations and plays a key role in client satisfaction and creative campaign execution.

• Manage and grow client social media accounts, primarily on Facebook and Instagram
• Write compelling marketing copy that aligns with each client’s brand and goals
• Create, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) for multiple brands
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and paid media teams to build effective campaigns
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and internal teams
• Monitor analytics, track content performance, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure timely delivery of all social content and meet campaign deadlines

• 2+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts professionally – Required
• Proven ability to write creative, strategic, and results-driven copy
• Experience in short-form video content creation – Strong advantage
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) – Big plus
• Experience with paid social campaigns – Nice to have
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
• Fluent English – written and spoken – Required
• Team player with a “figure-it-out” mindset and positive attitude
